For fastest service, please use the Quick Request form on the right to send us a message and contact us. We typically reply to emails within several hours of receipt and within 1 business day at the very latest. Clients do not need to contact us to provide shipping information of a firearm transfer, or any other information regarding your order with another FFL Dealer. We are out of the loop until the firearm actually shows up. This also means that we don’t want or need the tracking number for your item. When it shows up, we will contact you.
Please allow us one business day to unpack and log your firearm in and advise you when it’s available for pick-up. We won’t forget about you! If you have questions or concerns, by all means reach out to us and we’ll happily explain the process. Make sure to to check out our Customer Service and Privacy Policy pages, especially for information pertaining to purchases and transfers.
FFL’s needing to send us a transfer for our mutual Client may utilize our QUICK REQUEST FORM on the right to send a request. Alternatively, you may contact us via email which is located at the bottom of this web page.

ATTENTION FFL'S! Please don't be difficult and pull the "I'll show you mine if you show me yours first" card. It's not a big deal, we assure you. If we send a request for your FFL, just send it.
