We typically reply to emails within several hours of receipt and within 1 business day at the very latest. Clients do not need to contact us to provide shipping information of a firearm transfer, or any other information regarding your order with another FFL Dealer. We are out of the loop until the firearm actually shows up. This also means that we don’t want or need the tracking number for your item. When it shows up, we will contact you.

Please allow us one business day to unpack and log your firearm in and advise you when it’s available for pick-up. We won’t forget about you!
